ALLEGRO APARTMENTS EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS WITH “DESIRE” GRAND OPENING
Largest Multifamily Residence in D.C.’s Ward 1 Welcomes Members of its Community Inside For a Monumental Grand Opening Celebration.
WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 23, 2009) – The Allegro Apartments, a highly anticipated 297-unit luxury apartment building in the heart of Columbia Heights, officially opened its doors on April 22, 2009 with the ultimate Grand Opening celebration - “Desire” - attracting an overwhelming amount of praise and a warm welcome from members of the Washington, D.C. business, social, residential and real estate communities.
RSVPs poured in at over 1,000 and efforts leading up to the event piqued community interest in Allegro resulting in a 70% increase in visitors to www.AllegroSpaces.com and 10% of the building being leased prior to its opening. Hundreds of prospective tenants enjoyed the music of The Yellow Fever DJs as they received guided tours of the apartment building and its many amenities. The evening was a result of collaboration between Allegro, Metro Properties, Inc., Kettler Management and Merrick Towle Communications. Official sponsors were Grey Goose vodka and On Tap, the Washington, D.C. metro area's guide to music, entertainment, nightlife and culture.
