Enjoy Live Music and Comedy at “School of Rock”at the National Theatre
Jack Black pioneered the role of Dewey Finn more than 15 years ago when the cinematic version of School of Rock was first released. In the years since, the story of the offbeat substitute teacher has captured the hearts of families all around the world—and has even spawned its own musical. School of Rock is coming to the National Theatre for a limited-time engagement from Wednesday, January 16th through Sunday, January 27th.
Follow the musical’s own Dewey Finn as he impersonates a substitute teacher to land what turns out to be his dream job. There’s just one caveat: instead of teaching academics, Dewey teaches music. He ultimately transforms his class into a band of kid rockstars. Those kids will actually play their own instruments live on stage during School of Rock. Tickets start at $54.
