The burrito-sized sushi rolls at Buredo are made from Asian and globally-inspired recipes, and are made to order exactly as you like them. Choose from Burredo’s own creations like the spicy and bold Crazy 88, made with slow cooked pork shoulder, carrot, kimchi slaw, red onion, cucumber, corn, jalapenos, and a baja sauce, or the Sofie, made with crunchy shrimp tempura, avocado, pickled cabbage, toasted sesame seeds, and sriracha mayo. You can also build your own with your choice of seafood, meats, veggies, toppings and sauces. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
