While this ice rink stays exceptionally busy, visitors say that the crowds are sparse during the weekdays. Skates are available for rent for both children and adults, and guardians can rent a penguin-shaped balancer for small children to skate with. Washington Harbour Ice Rink charges $10 per person for access and $5 as a skate rental fee.
